Is There Any Natural Way To Cure Herpes?

A lot of research is being done to find natural ways to cure Herpes. Herpes was previously considered to be difficult to manage, because the virus lay hidden from the immune system and attacked when immunity was low, thus bringing about recurrent outbreaks.

Herpes is a viral infection caused by herpes virus. There are 8 different types of herpes virus but the most common are HSV 1 and HSV 2. It affects both men and women equally.

• There are blisters or cluster of blisters in the affected area accompanied by pain and itching.
• The herpes simples virus causes oral and genital sores and fever blisters whereas herpes zoster causes shingles.
• Once infected the virus remains in the dormant state and gets re-activated frequently.

• Direct contact with a person having an active lesion or sharing personal items with them.
• Exposure to infected saliva, vaginal fluid or fluid from the blisters.
• Sexual relationship with the affected individual or having multiple partners.
It can be diagnosed purely on the basis of clinical examination of the blisters.
Blood tests for herpes specific antibodies can be done for confirmation.

Although everyone believes that no cure or treatment is available for Herpes, antiviral medicines may help to treat symptoms and shorten the duration of outbreaks. However after some time, the Herpes virus becomes resistant to anti-viral medication and slowly your body stops responding. Anti-viral medications may also damage the liver.

The natural therapies for herpes when used in combination give good results. The resonance homeopathic remedy ( H – factor),Ayurvedic herbal formulae (Hypericum Mysorense) and natural supplements (lysine and monolaurin) are traditionally believed to work by:
• Building a herpes specific immunity by providing bioenergetic imprints of herpes virus.
• Helps in detoxifying the blood
• Has a cooling effect on the blisters
• Restoring the skin to a healthy condition
• Maintaining the pH balance of the blood through alkalizing herbal formulations
• In Herpes, when blisters are formed, one must take care of the affected area of the skin.
• Keep the area clean and dry during outbreaks to help healing.
• Try to avoid touching Herpes sores and wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after contact.
• Avoid sexual contact from the time you first experience symptoms until the sore has completely gone..
• Do not have oral-genital contact if any symptoms or findings of oral Herpes are present.
• In case of genital Herpes, wear cotton underwear and avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothing.
• Do not stress yourself.
• Try to keep your body cool. Have bath with cold water.
